Information on processing of personal data

Information clause on the processing of personal data in the Pension and holiday cottages "Wejsunek"

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016(GDPR), I inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of making a booking or for commercial purposes as well as for the purpose of electronic correspondence/execution of a contract, on the basis of your voluntary consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
Data will be stored until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from the legal relationship in question.
You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data - if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO.
Personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients/categories of entities: companies providing correspondence handling services, entities providing consultancy, advisory, auditing, legal, tax and accounting assistance, whose assistance we use for their processing.
Your personal data is provided on a voluntary basis; however, failure to provide this information may prevent, for example, the conclusion and execution of the booking/contract or electronic correspondence.
Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union/European Economic Area or to an international organisation.

Further electronic correspondence or failure to send a message stating that you do not consent to processing shall be deemed to be consent to the processing of personal data.

WEJSUNEK Guesthouse Regulations***

A curfew from 22:00 to 06:00 in the morning applies throughout the premises. Failure to observe this rule will result in security intervention and an order to leave the resort without refund.
Check-in time is from 4 p.m. to 11 a.m. on the following day.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest house area.
We settle accounts as soon as we arrive at the place of stay.
Pets are not allowed on the guesthouse premises.
Extension of the stay beyond the period agreed on the day of arrival should be reported by the guesthouse guest to the reception. The wish to extend the stay is not binding for the guesthouse and can be fulfilled to the extent possible.
Due to fire safety requirements, it is not permitted to use any electrically powered instruments and apparatuses in the rooms of the guesthouse that are not part of the equipment of these rooms.
In addition to the fee for the stay, a "tourist tax" of 2 PLN/person/day is charged.
No visitors are allowed in the guesthouse after 22:00. Any such visit must be reported.
The guest shall be materially liable for any damage or destruction of the objects of equipment and technical devices of the guesthouse caused by the guest or his/her visitors.
In the event of cancellation during your stay, the Guesthouse will not refund your stay fee.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
It is forbidden to take towels and blankets, which are furnished in the rooms, outside the area of the guesthouse.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest house and cottages.
We settle accounts as soon as we arrive at the place of stay.
Extension of the stay beyond the period agreed on the day of arrival should be reported by the guesthouse guest to the reception. The wish to extend the stay is not binding for the guesthouse and can be fulfilled to the extent possible.
Due to fire protection requirements, electrically powered heating appliances must not be used in chalets.
In addition to the fee for your stay, a "tourist tax" of 2.20 PLN/person/day for the municipality of Ruciane-Nida is also charged.
No visitors are allowed in the cottages after 22:00. Any such visit must be reported.
The guest shall be materially liable for any damage or destruction of furnishings and technical equipment in the cottage caused by him or his visitors.
In the event of cancellation during your stay, the Guesthouse will not refund your stay fee.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

The regulations are valid until 1 June 2021.
